We would like to thank ACS Independent for allowing us to use their Theory of Knowledge Room for our Reactor Educator Network session on the Google Design Sprint process :)
This meet up we shared about the Google Design Sprint process, which we condensed into a short and intense 2 hour session with our educators. We created an abridged version that could be used by student teams in class, for project work or the likes.
We had our teachers think of issues they want to solve, and then put themselves in the shoes of the customers.
Creating a customer journey map was quite a clarifying process to help decide which part of the issue each team wants to focus on first.
We then saw the teachers designing their prototypes, creating a storyboard of how their solution could be used for their target market.
At the end of the 2 hours, we were all pretty brain-fried for sure. A 5 day process crammed in a really short span of just 2 hours. But we definitely hope that everyone learnt something new at our REN session :) Thanks to all who spent the afternoon with us!
